Anne Reid

Anne was a founding trustee of Go! Youth Trust and become Chairperson in 2016.  She describes herself as ‘young at heart’ and is passionate about enabling young people and families to reach their full potential!

Previous experience of voluntary work for local charities and also the Children’s panel gave Anne the desire to study Community Development at Moray House.

Working with young people and families in different settings including youth groups, literacy groups and support groups was Anne’s background before commencing her current post as a Lecturer at the local college.

Ross Clark

Ross has been involved with the trust since its inception first as a volunteer youth worker and then as a trustee.

Ross received a 1st Class Honours Degree in Community Education from the University of Strathclyde in 2012. He led the youth project RoomSixty in Ayr for many years before moving to Fintry Parish Church in Dundee to take up the role of Mission and Discipleship Coordinator.

Jill McGrath

Jill is the Chief Executive Officer of Perth and District YMCA.  She began her career in the Third Sector in 1994 and since then has gained extensive experience in a variety of sectors encompassing addiction, disability, youth justice, social enterprise and employment. 

Jill co- developed and secured the first Social Impact Bond in Scotland through The Department for Work and Pensions, Innovation Fund.

She currently serves as trustee on a number of boards and committees across the UK and Europe and has been a trustee of Go! Youth Trust since 2017.

Graeme Adams

Graeme is a proven leader with commercial experience in both public and private sectors. He has 20 year's of experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager.  Graeme has extensive experience in project management and development and has brought these skills to the Go! Youth Trust board since 2016.

Graeme is also a church leader of New Beginnings Church and is heavily involved in the church's community outreach, ministry and social enterprises running in the heart of Moodiesburn.

Charlie Morris

Charlie joined the board in 2019 and brings a wealth of experience from the charity and youth work sector.  He was born in Canberra, Australia, and moved to the UK in 2005. He has been involved in youth work, as a volunteer leader or paid worker, for 30 years.

For nine years he was the National Director for Urban Saints in Scotland.  Charlie now supports Reign Ministries as their Head of Operations.


Robert Neilly

Robert has a strong background working with young people ending his career as Inclusion Manager in Education Services at North Ayrshire Council.  Passionate about alternatives to exclusion and ensuring young people get the best start in life Robert has been a long advocate of the work of Go! Youth Trust.

He recently retired to the Falkirk area with his wife Janie and now splits his time between supporting community groups and grandparenting!
